Senior Carer
to work for our client based in
Walthamstow, Greater London . The successful post holder must have management experience as a shift/team leader with CQC knowledge working in a residential care home for older people with dementia. Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise a team of care assistants. Monitor patients’ vital signs, like blood pressure and heart rate. Complete patient medication records. Develop and lead activities for service users. Keep families up to date about their relative’s progress. Train and mentor new staff. Requirements: Smart, reliable, with good communication skills. An individual who is confident. Shift lead or run the service and administer medication. NVQ level 3 or equivalent. Must have recent training on Safeguarding, Appointed First Aider, Medication, Dementia, etc. Must have been COVID-19 vaccinated. Hours:
