IT Support Engineer , you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth IT operations across the organisation. You’ll manage ticket workflows, assist in configuring systems, and help maintain a high standard of service delivery. Manage and resolve IT tickets efficiently while providing exceptional support. Manage first and second line issues. Review and approve system configurations. What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience in IT support with a focus on ticket management. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and systems. Can read and write a basic level of SQL. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and develop new technical skills. Team player with a proactive approach to challenges. What’s on offer:
