New contract opportunity available in Broughton
to work within the Airframe team and support Product and Process improvements for Major Mods and New Product Development activities. On-site in Broughton Initial contract until Jan 2026 £36ph via Umbrella 1 stage interview Overtime at a premium rate BPSS clearance required (client will provide sponsorship) WHAT WILL THE WING SYSTEM MANUFACTURING ENGINEER BE DOING? In this role you will join the Wing Industrialisation department and work within the Airframe team collaborating with internal stakeholders from Central and Plant Manufacturing Engineering, Design, Operations, and Quality to support Product and Process improvement. Some of the other responsibilities include: Supporting and Influencing Single Aisle & Wide Body Major Modifications through the Co-design Milestone Gate process. Preparing for, and participating in, project reviews and workshops. Supporting Design reviews including DSR, IDR, PDR & CDRs. WE NEED THE WING SYSTEM MANUFACTURING ENGINEER TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING… Understanding of fuel systems Experience with fuel systems, hydraulics and electrics Experience in product assembly industrial systems Wing Airframe System knowledge Interrogating drawings and technical documentation CATIA V5 experience (desirable) SAP APD / ARP - ME Planning & Config Fundamentals (desirable) TO BE CONSIDERED….
