Ensuring the highest quality standards across our innovative product line, supporting our New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams, and working closely with our supplier base to deliver products that power sustainability. Job Description

What you'll be doing day-to-day: Champion Quality Control : Lead and manage the quality control process, ensuring our revolutionary products meet the highest standards throughout production. Customer-Focused Quality Enhancements : Collaborate with customer service to provide technical support, integrating customer feedback into ongoing product and quality improvements. Innovative Product Testing : Oversee the testing and approval of our energy-generating products during production, ensuring they meet performance and sustainability benchmarks. Resolve Quality Concerns : Take charge of addressing customer quality issues and warranty cases, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to keep our customers energised and satisfied. Supplier Audits & Collaboration : Conduct audits of suppliers and assembly lines to ensure they meet our 'Gold Standard' for quality, assembly, and packaging—key to delivering premium, energy-efficient products. Develop Supplier Processes : Work with suppliers to create FMEAs, Control Plans, and process documentation, ensuring consistent quality throughout our supply chain. Drive Corrective Actions : Issue Corrective Action Requests and ensure that improvements are implemented, using strong problem-solving skills to drive supplier performance. Sustain Process Improvements : Take an active role in enhancing supplier processes, conducting capability studies to ensure high-quality, sustainable product manufacturing. Compliance with Electrical Standards : Ensure that all electrical components meet the necessary approval standards and regulatory requirements for safety and efficiency. Lead Production Trials : Collaborate with suppliers and the NPD team to run production trials, documenting results and making recommendations for continuous improvements. Global Supplier Engagement : Travel both within the UK and internationally to work directly with suppliers, ensuring our clean-tech fitness products meet strict quality, cost, and sustainability goals. Qualifications

You'll have familiarity with

ISO 9001

and the

PPAP process . At least

5 years of experience

in Quality Engineering/Management within a manufacturing environment, preferably involving

assembly, testing, and sustainability-focused products . Experience in

customer liaison

and managing quality issues with a focus on positive resolutions. Willing to travel

to ensure that suppliers meet the high standards expected of a clean-tech company. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) with excellent analytical and tech skills. A

detail-oriented quality expert

passionate about pushing the boundaries of clean technology. Excellent communication and presentation skills

to lead quality initiatives and collaborate with teams and suppliers. Self-driven and organised , capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines. A

with the ability to think critically and implement practical solutions that enhance product and process quality. A
