We are now looking for a full-time

QA Manager

to join our RELEX family in Helsinki / Lisbon / London / Stoke office. You'll join the S&A Engineering team, developing our Space and Assortment solution, and help us ensure the highest quality standards.

As a QA Manager, you will:

Implement, maintain, track, and report on the quality strategy, roadmap, framework, and definitions within your unit. Provide 1:1 support to VPs and all stakeholders in quality definition, measurement, insights, and tracking. Assist and collaborate in defining quality attributes characteristics and their measurement, tracking, and reporting. Support test management and stakeholders within the quality framework and strategy. Support and collaborate on definition of metrics and their implementation to the metric Framework. Ensure ways of working for risk, incident, change, defect management, test management, triage, and reviews take place in your department. Facilitate process improvements and implement new ways of working. Support the implementation of tools and techniques, providing training and ongoing mentorship. Participate in and contribute to quality processes and activities. Collaborate with stakeholders on quality initiatives. Provide support to the VP, Engineering Directors and Engineering Managers, giving visibility of the quality levels achieved. We're looking for: Proven experience in quality assurance management within a software development environment. Strong understanding of quality frameworks, strategies, and roadmaps. Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide 1:1 support to senior stakeholders. Experience with risk, incident, change, defect management, and test management. A proactive approach to process improvement and implementation of new ways of working. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders. Experience in training and mentoring teams on quality tools and techniques. What we consider as an advantage: Familiarity with scalable and distributed systems. Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure). Knowledge of modern development practices and tools. Experience working with reporting, business intelligence and software development tools. Studying for or qualified in Six Sigma Certification - minimum green belt. Familiar with Lean and quality practices. Our UK Offices
