Key Responsibilities of the Service Engineer will include: Handle and respond to client incidents via call and attempt to troubleshoot and resolve over the phone Be able to respond to a client incident by travelling to sites at short notice and trying to resolve the incident Liaise with Clients to arrange planned trips and organise their specific requirements Mentor and guide junior engineers Drive technical discussions with the project teams and identify and resolve technical issues We would be keen to speak with Service Engineers with the following: Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role. Specific working knowledge and expertise in PLCs Familiarity with and experience in the application of system integration processes, tools, and technologies Experience of software development/hardware integration. Experience working on client sites Due to the nature of this role, you will need a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
