An excellent opportunity has become available to join a dynamic and talented Quality team at CIL as a Quality Engineer, within a fast-paced and growing organisation. If you are a dedicated Quality Engineer with a passion for ensuring product quality, we would be keen to hear from you! Responsibilities

Supporting all other departments to ensure they remain compliant to the accreditations strategic to CIL, primarily AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485. Leading product quality in production, which includes containment, investigation, correction, implementation, and validation of corrective actions. Assisting in the development of a Continuous Improvement culture throughout the Business. Supporting the introduction of Customer-led Quality Initiatives such as Total Preventative Maintenance. Assisting with the maintenance and development of CIL’s Quality Management Systems. Supporting the introduction of any accreditations deemed necessary to reach CIL’s strategic direction. Supporting the compilation and review of strategic company and departmental KPIs. Identifying and highlighting opportunities for improvement in day-to-day activities. Working closely with all other departments to ensure cohesion and synergy between teams to achieve quality products for the customer on time. Undertaking any other training/education identified by the company for career development. Qualifications

Ideally 2 years+ experience in a Quality Engineer position within a manufacturing/engineering environment or similar. Knowledge of working to regulated standards: ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 13485, IATF 16949. Experience in problem solving and investigation methods such as 8D, CAPA, and 5-Whys. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, data handling, and analysis. Experience in planning and conducting supplier audits. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
