They are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join their team and drive impactful improvements across their cutting-edge production facility. The Role

As an Automation Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of optimising automated processes and ensuring smooth, efficient operations. You'll work closely with the EC&I and production teams to identify, design, and implement automation solutions that support high-quality standards, enhance productivity, and promote sustainability. Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain automation systems to improve process efficiency and reliability. Identify and troubleshoot issues with control systems, PLCs, and SCADA systems to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to develop and implement automation solutions. Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in process optimization projects. Maintain and update technical documentation, including PLC programs, electrical drawings, and user manuals. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all automation processes. Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in an automation engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, and automation technologies. Familiarity with control systems such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Rockwell is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and system optimization. Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. What's in It for You?
