will be key to the continual growth of the business. Using telephone techniques and backed up by direct and electronic marketing, the
Sales Engineer
will be a well-organised determined individual who will assist the General Manager by prospecting and arranging face-to-face sales meetings and opportunities for the Sales team. The company offers an attractive salary circa £45,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) plus company car, pension, bonus 2% commission on all new sales for the first 6 months. Thereafter, there is a £10k annual bonus for achieving turnover (paid quarterly) and an uncapped 1.5% of equipment sales subject to an agreed target being reached. Key Responsibilities: Maximise sales of all the company's services into existing customers and prospective customers Implement Marketing Schedule as directed by the General Manager Create marketing information and send to prospects and customers Locate and call prospects to make appointments Identify key drivers for customers Sell all services into existing accounts Monitor sales revenues for customers and act to maximise sales Weekly reporting Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in a similar sales & marketing environment Knowledge / experience of static and dynamic balancing and balancing machines Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Understanding of electro-mechanical engineering is an advantage If you are an experienced
