Join our vibrant team as a Multi-Skilled Engineer and be instrumental in providing crucial engineering support to our production operations, ensuring optimal performance across all equipment while prioritizing safety and adherence to industry best practices. Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all maintenance activities, including fault diagnosis, spare parts usage, and root cause analysis. Execute routine maintenance and planned preventative measures to uphold equipment reliability. Swiftly respond to and resolve equipment breakdowns, minimizing production downtime. Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency. Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge Required for the Maintenance Engineer

Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program or equivalent. Possession of a recognized engineering qualification. Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in high-speed packaging automation and robotics. Flexible approach to work schedules. Strong electrical troubleshooting and analytical skills. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Methodical approach with a keen eye for detail. Benefits for the Maintenance Engineer
