Mobile Service Engineer (Cranes / Lifting Equipment) £40,000 - £45,000 (OTE £55,000 - £60,000) + Excellent Training Opportunities + Pay and Role Progression + Company Vehicle with Personal Use + Electric Vehicle Scheme + Life Insurance + Health and Wellbeing Programme Stockton-on-Tees (20 mile patch) Are you an electrically biased Engineer with experience handling motors, inverters or welding looking for an engaging new role with thorough training and brilliant pay? This company is currently midway through a large period of expansion, both in locations and team size. Working on a variety of overhead cranes and lifting equipment through various industries, they offer a wide breadth of work with progression and development at the heart of the company. This role will involve covering a 20 mile local patch around the branch where the successful candidate will inspect, service, maintain, and repair a wide range of equipment. The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong electrical background with an ability to weld being advantageous. The Training: Radio control IPAF Forklift certifications Harness and working at heights Basic slinging Safety Passport The Role: Inspect, service, maintain, and repair customers' overhead cranes and lifting equipment through a variety of industries and locations Troubleshoot, fault-find, and solve a multitude of electrical and mechanical challenges as well as hydraulic and welding fixes Ensure health and safety as well as other industry regulations are strictly enforced and adhered to Provide reactive maintenance to customers within the patch, communicating projected downtime and keeping clients updated The Person: Proven experience in a similar role, or Experience as an Electrical Engineer within heavy machinery Job Reference: BBBH16496 If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
