CoNet is the Siemens specialist for optimization, automation, and advice. We work with Siemens products like no one else and can answer all the questions regarding Siemens automation. From advice and engineering to maintenance, we are the single point of contact for your process optimization.

True Professional As an Automation Engineer, you will hold a key position within CoNet. Furthermore, you will be responsible for service and improvement-related questions from our customers. In addition, you will take part in small ‘improvement’ projects for our customers or work in a project team to develop and commission control systems.
What does an Automation Engineer do? Here is a list of responsibilities:
Performing Preventive and Corrective Services at customer sites (Siemens installations)
Executing Corrective Maintenance work at customer’s sites
Reporting of Preventive and Corrective Service
Coordinating follow-ups of the findings from the Preventive and Corrective Service
Making improvement proposals following customer and CoNet’s interests
Commissioning of control systems
Working on cutting edge projects (joining the project team, managed from the head office)
Who are you? Our ideal candidate likes to approach things differently and feels comfortable in a technical environment. We would prefer if you have:
Product (e.g. Siemens) and Process Automation Knowledge PCS7/TIA
Bachelor’s degree of applied science or equivalent experience
Extended knowledge of operating systems such as PLC / SCADA or DCS preferably acquired in the industry or at an industrial-oriented engineering company
Affinity with process IT “IOT, cloud, databases, MES/ERP connections”
Basic knowledge of electrical engineering
At least 2 years of experience
