Housing - Empowering Housing Solutions for All in Wiltshire

Join our Tenancy Management Team as a Neighbourhood Officer for an exciting opportunity to contribute to developing innovative solutions to support improvements in our service to 5400 council tenants across Wiltshire.

As a Neighbourhood Officer you will manage a geographic patch of council tenancies, striving to deliver the best possible customer service to our tenants. This will involve proactive community engagement to develop our estates coupled with reactive tenancy management and on occasion enforcement action. The role requires an ability to work at all levels, from managing those who are setting out on their housing journey to representing the Council in legal proceedings.

We are looking for a candidate who is seeking a varied and interesting role. Previous experience is desirable; however, it is essential that you have fantastic interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and a genuine desire to contribute.

Why us?

Wiltshire Council is a friendly, welcoming place to work, with a 'One Council' ethos. That's why we focus on getting the things that matter to our people right.
