You’ll take pride in knowing each piece is a perfect fit in our customers’ homes. Start Your Day with Ease: With our Home Delivery Service for London customers, your day begins right at the customer’s doorstep. Support Every Step of the Way: You’ll be backed by a dedicated team, including our new Divisional Installation Manager, National Support and Training Manager, and customer service team, all committed to your success. To Be a Hammonds Installer, You Will Need: Industry Experience : At least 2 years in the industry. Attention to Detail : A passion for getting things right the first time. Customer Focus : A mindset that prioritises the customer experience. Enthusiasm : A genuine passion for our product. Communication Skills : Be an effective and clear communicator. Your Own Tools and Transport: Including professional power tools and a UK driving license. As Part of Our Family Business, We Offer: Consistent Work : As much work as you want, within London. Weekend Pay Perks : Additional payment of up to £150 for weekend work. Tailored Installations : Jobs booked according to your skill level. Pre-Surveyed Installations : All jobs come with full CAD drawings. No Parking Costs : We cover all parking charges. Comprehensive Training : Paid training at our new Installer Academy with ongoing upskilling, both in-person and virtually. Ongoing Support : Continuous in-field support to ensure your success. Installer Community : Connect with a network of fellow installers in your area.
