They are expanding their engineering team and seeking a passionate Service Engineer to join them on a permanent basis. What You Will Do:

Install, maintain, and commission cutting-edge machinery and equipment. Respond to emergency breakdowns, working efficiently under pressure to restore failed systems. Conduct planned maintenance and coordinate effectively with customers. Provide expert telephone 'help desk' support and advice to customers. Complete detailed written service reports and fault find with diagnostic checks. Participate in extensive training programmes, including overseas installations.

What You Will Bring:

Electrical/mechanical background. Experience in food processing/manufacturing or similar environments. Flexibility to work away from home with occasional nights over as well as weeks away on installations (this is only occasional). Ability to work under pressure and adapt to various working conditions. Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and team collaboration. Full driving licence.

This role will suit people who are ex-forces / ex-military from Army, Navy, or RAF, as well as maintenance engineers, electrical fitters, mechanical fitters, and service technicians.
