3 Shifts Rotating (days, afternoons, and nights) We are delighted to be working with a globally recognised food manufacturing business. Due to internal progression and investments into the site, they are now looking to appoint a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their Engineering department and oversee Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance on-site. Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for providing continuous electrical/mechanical maintenance and repair service to all production equipment and machinery in a timely manner while ensuring that production downtime is kept to a minimum. Your Responsibilities:

Maintain, repair, or replace electrical equipment/machinery to a standard that will ensure maximum machine efficiency and performance. Attend equipment and machinery breakdowns and prioritise workload accordingly. Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance of electrical equipment, systems, and controls. Undertake development work that extends the effective usefulness of company equipment. Identify and take appropriate remedial action to rectify equipment faults and failures. Ensure all necessary maintenance information is recorded using the recognised documentation. Your Skills & Experience:

Apprentice trained to a Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Discipline or equivalent. Well versed in working in a fast-paced manufacturing industry. Experience with a TPM structure. Great problem-solving skills. A great communicator. The business values their employees and always aims to provide all the relevant tools to ensure personal growth is achieved.
