With a large and dedicated team, they have been able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, offering a breadth of services in the property industry. Job Description Oversee all aspects of the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. Prepare contracts and documents, including bills of quantities. Estimating and Buying takeoffs Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies. Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting final costs and sales. Provide advice on contractual claims and support in disputes. Analyse outcomes and produce detailed progress reports. Manage and maintain relationships with construction professionals, including site managers, architects, engineers, and contractors. Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards. The Successful Applicant A successful Quantity Surveyor should have: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. A thorough understanding of construction methodologies and industry standards. Excellent numeracy skills and proficiency in cost analysis. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in relevant software and technology. What's on Offer An estimated salary range of £63,000 - £77,000 per annum.
