The BMS Design Engineer will have a thorough understanding of the engineering requirements of building control systems for a range of building types, varying in complexity. You will require knowledge of both mechanical and electrical building systems and be able to work autonomously. The role will require experience in interpreting customer specifications to develop comprehensive designs and scope packages including:
Panel design
Hardware configuration
Field equipment
Software configuration
Graphic packages
Installation and commissioning scope
Candidates must also be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team and be proactive with modern technologies.
To be considered for this role, we are looking for the following:
BMS Design experience from initial scope to handover
Knowledge of leading manufacturers including Trend, Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell, etc.
M&E experience
BMS/control system design, software configuration, graphic generation, control panel design
