Take the lead on damp & mould and disrepair issues, guiding 2 x damp & mould Surveyors and a disrepair Surveyor. Fulfil the client-side role, commissioning works and monitoring the output of the client’s contractors. Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, causes, and recommended actions. Conduct comprehensive surveys of properties to identify damp and mould issues. Manage varied workstreams and commissioning contractors, ensuring that agreed timescales and quality are achieved. Perform comprehensive inspections of residential properties to assess and document disrepair issues. Lead a team of Surveyors, working collaboratively to ensure consistency in approach. Maintain records and provide reports to the Manager on progress, contributing to future programmed work. Bring enthusiasm, energy, and a can-do attitude to the role. Demonstrate knowledge of current property legislation, including damp and mould (inc. Awaab's Law), compliance, disrepair, and decent homes. Benefits
