We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan and supervise the extension of production facilities in the automotive supply industry and to ensure a permanent and safe operation. You will define the technical specifications based on future requirements, organize and oversee construction/installation procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. There for you will be the contact person between internal departments and the external project partners. Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project Technical tender evaluation Creation of purchase requisitions Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities Determining needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations Planning all construction operations and scheduling intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met Approval of invoices and processing receipt bookings Evaluating progress and preparing detailed reports Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards and reporting issues ...AND POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS?

Proven experience as project manager In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles Completed technical education, preferably in the area of construction, electrics or mechanical engineering. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards Good knowledge of MS Office Experience with SAP beneficial Familiarity with construction/project management software Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills A team player with leadership abilities BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage THEN WE CAN OFFER YOU:
