Welcome to an Exciting Opportunity! DOF is currently seeking a talented and experienced Lead Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing project activities, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budget. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in coordinating with various stakeholders and driving project execution. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects, spanning different disciplines such as IMR, SURF, subsea installations, and more. If you are a result-oriented and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality projects, then we would love to hear from you. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field Experience in project engineering within the offshore/subsea industry Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in project management tools and software Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Passionate about delivering high-quality projects and exceeding client expectations Experience / Knowledge: Minimum of 8-10 years relevant work experience Experience mentoring engineering personnel Management of subcontracts and subcontractors Experience in site management of fabrication subcontractors and Site Integration and Factory Acceptance Testing of equipment and tooling packages for the oil and gas industry Management of QA/QC principles Detailed understanding of relevant codes and standards Understanding of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment tools and techniques General understanding of project management tools and techniques (including cost and schedule control) Understanding of Leadership/Frontline Management fundamentals Proficient in Microsoft Packages - Word/Excel/PowerPoint Highly confident, self-motivated, and self-disciplined with sound management and organizational skills In return DOF will offer: Competitive Salary Offshore allowance (on top of salary) Private Healthcare Employer Pension Contribution Gym Membership Flexible working scheme 30 days annual leave plus 4 public holidays
