Working for a UK subsidiary of a highly successful multinational group, the role will focus on the generation of tenders and technical proposals in response to customer enquiries.
Excellent opportunity for a bids, proposals, tendering professional with commercial experience to work with customers within capital plant, capital machinery, process and production machinery. Bespoke, technical, higher value bids & proposals.
Roughly £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Car / car allowance + excellent company benefits. A mixture of office working, work from home and some customer visits (NOT extensive travelling for this role). You will need a full UK driving license.
Are you a Proposals or Tendering Engineer with a manufacturing / mechanical engineering background that can build fantastic relationships based in the West Midlands? This role will be highly suited to someone with Proposals experience, specifically related to Manufacturing & Production machinery. Also suited to a Sales Engineer looking for a customer focused role which has a more detailed and documentation orientated approach.

Any knowledge of Manufacturing & Production machinery – specifically capital equipment, HVAC, industrial booths, pumps or related systems. You could work from a related industry; Automotive, Food & Process, Oil & Gas, Chemical or similar. Excellent communication skills – ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams. Mechanical or Manufacturing engineering knowledge – qualifications or experience working in a technical role. Able to travel to customer sites when needed – full UK driving license.
