Mechanical Project Manager

with extensive

Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)

experience. This is a

permanent, site-based

role located in

Norwich , offering a competitive salary. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all mechanical aspects of M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Lead project teams, including contractors, engineers, and site staff, ensuring effective coordination and communication across all parties. Prepare project schedules, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of progress and any potential risks. Manage on-site health and safety, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, providing technical advice and resolving issues as they arise. Ensure that all M&E systems are installed and tested to meet design specifications and quality standards. Oversee procurement and material management, ensuring timely delivery of resources to site. Key Requirements:

Proven experience

in managing M&E projects within the mechanical engineering or construction sectors. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and pipework, as well as electrical integration. Excellent

project management skills , with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of driving project teams to success. Proficient in project management software and relevant industry tools. A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification would be advantageous.
