Main duties of the job
As a Locality Service Manager for the Herefordshire and Worcestershire CAMHS Crisis Assessment Home Treatment Team, you will be responsible for leading the ongoing development of the service. You will work closely with the clinical leadership team and oversee the operational aspects of the service to ensure delivery of a safe and effective service for children and young people in crisis and those requiring a home treatment evidence-based intervention.
You will form part of the Herefordshire and Worcestershire senior leadership team.
A demonstrable track record of CAMHS work or transferable skills in clinical and leadership experience is a must. You will have experience of supervising clinicians and be able to evidence operational leadership skills and abilities. You must be able to gather, analyse, report and act upon data and be registered with a professional body such as the NMC or HCPC. This role will require you to be highly visible and accessible.

Significant experience working within a health or social care environment (as demonstrated by 5 years post-registration experience or equivalent)
Previous experience of managing a health or social care service.
