Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role will involve working closely with our financial advisors and clients to ensure the smooth operation of our financial services. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing client documents. Assist with client onboarding and account opening processes. Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for account maintenance and transactions. Monitor and update client accounts and transactions in our systems. Prepare and distribute reports and statements to clients. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate and organized client records. Assist with marketing efforts, including coordinating events and managing social media accounts. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures. Other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial services or administrative role. Strong understanding of financial products and services. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance is a plus.
