At Veeam, Solution Engineers work closely with sales and help to evangelize our product offerings to our end-users and partners. The Vault Solution Engineer collaborates closely with Veeam’s field sellers to evangelize the Vault product offering, providing expertise to inform, educate, and influence end users, partners and internal teams about the Vault product and technology. Responsibilities

Work closely with the core sales department to develop Veeam Vault opportunities to technical win. Conduct live and virtual customer meeting presentations and demonstrations. Collaborate with the customer/partner to establish and translate business objectives into technical requirements. Independently consult with customer base to provide technical expertise on Vault solution. Work closely with Product Management to provide customer feedback. Providing pre-sales support to customers as they evaluate Veeam software. Guide others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions or procedures. Support lead generation activities such as events, webinars, user groups. Requirements

Demonstrated solution sales and/or technical pre-sales experience preferred. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cloud Native technologies on at least one of the major cloud services providers (Microsoft Azure preferred). Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Design and Implementation. Microsoft Azure Security and Compliance: Implement Microsoft Azure security best practices, including IAM policies, VNET design, network security groups, Azure Firewall, Service principals and Azure Key Vault. Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter and be able to learn new technologies quickly. Acts as point-of-reference for new hires and peer colleagues. Excellent time management, written, and verbal skills required. Expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, EFS, FSX, DynamoDB, Redshift, AWS Backup. Understanding of AWS VPC configuration, including VPN connections, NAT gateways, Endpoints and peering. Understanding of Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions in Cloud, best practices and principles. Experience with migration patterns from on-premises to Cloud. Industry based experience in storage technologies.
