You'll oversee a team of three, providing guidance, support, and fostering collaboration, while stepping in to handle technical challenges across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support as needed. You will also take charge of maintaining servers, backups, and ensuring the infrastructure remains secure and reliable, working with tools such as Microsoft, Azure, Salesforce, and DUO.
