I have a fantastic new opportunity to work as a Service Manager for one of my most reputable clients!
The service itself is based in Worthing and supports adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and challenging behaviours. It is a supported living environment, close to local amenities and is commutable from parts of West Sussex.
Responsibilities: As the Service Manager, you will report into the Registered Manager and run the service. You will manage the assistant manager and team of support workers - supporting them and undertaking their supervisions and appraisals. You will oversee care plans and compliance.
Service Manager Requirements:
You will need to have minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Manager You will need to have experience with complex care and challenging behaviours
