Requirements Requirements:
Engineering Qualifications or time served experience with
Manufacturing Engineering,
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a milling-focused engineering role.
Extensive knowledge of milling machines, tools, and processes.
Proven track record of process improvement and troubleshooting in a milling environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
