Monday to Thursday, 6 PM to 6 AM About Us: My client is a leading precision machine shop specialising in high-quality, large-scale components. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and innovation, and we are looking for skilled CNC Miller Program/Setter/Operators to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Program, Set up and operate CNC milling machines (Correa, Anyak, or Mitsubishi) with Heidenhain controls to machine large one-off parts up to 10 tons in weight. Download programs from our CAD/CAM system or write programs from engineering drawings. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy in machining. Utilize measuring equipment to verify dimensions and ensure quality standards are met. Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the workshop environment. Qualifications: Proven experience as a CNC Miller, preferably with Heidenhain controls. Proficiency in programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Familiarity with relevant measuring equipment and quality control processes. A crane license is advantageous but not required. What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
