Our client is a world-class manufacturer, designing, developing, and delivering quality solutions. They are seeking a Temporary After Sales Administrator to work onsite from their office in Ilminster.

The Temporary After Sales Administrator ensures the delivery of the required service levels to provide customers with the best experience, stimulate customer retention, and generate additional opportunities. Post-Sales Support

Answer customer enquiries by telephone and email. Ensure customer data is kept up to date, including delivery information. Monitor deliveries daily and communicate with carriers to resolve issues, keeping all parties informed. For example, contact the customer for high-value orders out for delivery or notify them of any delays. Book in commissioning orders and file completed sheets. Monitor, request, and file copies of contractors' insurance and training certificates. Reception Duties

Greet visitors and contractors if they are unable to be greeted by the host. Prepare the conference room for management meetings. Skills and Attributes:

Well-developed communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels. Able to demonstrate an excellent level of customer service. Computer literacy in MS Office. Good level of literacy and numeracy. Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied and demanding workload. Problem-solving skills. Excellent team player. A high level of commercial awareness. Qualifications and Experience Levels:

Educated to GCSE standard with level 4 passes in English and Maths. Track record of working in a busy, demanding business environment including phone use. Experience of dealing with customers. Experience of working in a construction, technical, or manufacturing environment previously would be advantageous. This temporary after sales administrator position is for 6 months, full time (Monday to Friday 37 hours), pay GBP11.70ph. Fully on site, Ilminster.
