As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in driving the business's improvement initiatives, working on diverse and impactful projects across the site. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer with a passion for project management and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities of a Project Engineer: Manage and deliver improvement projects, from concept through to implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Identify and drive innovative solutions to optimize manufacturing processes. Support the integration of new equipment and technology into the site. Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and company standards. Provide technical expertise and support to the wider engineering team. Successful Project Engineer will be: A qualified engineer with a proven track record in managing and delivering engineering projects. Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is essential. Strong knowledge of project management principles, including budgeting and scheduling. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., HND, Degree, or equivalent). A team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
