The PHP Developer role:

As a PHP Developer, you will be at the center of building and maintaining websites and applications. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, for seamless integration of user-facing elements with server logic, to create efficient, scalable, and high-quality solutions to meet our client’s business needs and direction.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain PHP applications , ensuring optimal code for performance, security, and scalability.

Testing and Debugging:

Write clean, well-documented code, adhering to best practices while testing code to ensure it is secure, efficient, and free of errors. Debugging any issues that arise to keep the application running smoothly.

Stay updated

with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and tools.

Assist in the deployment

and maintenance of applications in various environments.

PHP Developer – Essential Skills:

Educational Background:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

PHP Expertise:

Proven experience in PHP development with a strong grasp of frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or similar.

Front-End Proficiency:

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies that power user experiences.

Version Control Skills:

Familiarity with Git and development workflows to keep projects organized and collaborative.

API and Integration Knowledge:

Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations to expand functionality and enhance user experience.

Server and Cloud Experience:

Understanding of server configurations and cloud services like AWS or Azure.

Testing Know-How:

Knowledge of testing methodologies and automated testing frameworks to maintain high standards.

Agile and Project Management:

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools for smooth and effective teamwork.
