Principal Workday Time Functional Analyst - IT HR Systems
in a similar role to join our HR Systems team. In this role you will be responsible for providing functional expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Workday Time & Absence solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Workday Time Tracking including hands-on configuration experience in a large-scale global environment. That possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills while demonstrating impeccable communication skills. What you’ll do : Provide global coverage for Time & Absence Tracking including America, EMEA and APJC regions. Translate business needs with configuration in the Workday system. Demonstrate knowledge of the region norms and statutory requirements. Support design discussions and hold meetings for requirements gathering clarifications. Support time management and absence for the above regions. 4+ years of experience with Time & Absence module of Workday is required . Ability to effectively communicate with different functional stakeholders (both technical and non) at all levels of a global organization.
