The role: Join as an Embedded Design Team Lead, where you'll lead and inspire a talented team working on cutting-edge embedded digital systems. This role blends technical, people, and project management to drive innovation and deliver advanced DSP systems, SoC platforms, and safety-critical technologies. You'll oversee team management, workload planning, and process improvements while working with the latest embedded devices in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What we want from you: Proven experience in team leadership, driving success and fostering collaboration. Strong expertise in Digital Hardware Design, FPGA Development (firmware), or Embedded Software Engineering. Skilled in embedded digital design and modelling, including partitioning functions between software and FPGA and analysing performance. Hands-on experience with integration and testing of embedded systems on hardware platforms. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward success.
