Group Services Location:

Hartlebury Salary:

Negotiable Your reason for being here… Everyone has a purpose here at DRPG, and yours is to be the superhero of IT – swooping in to save the day with a smile. The way you roll… You’re not just here to tick boxes or close tickets – you’re the kind of person who takes pride in leaving things better than you found them. You approach challenges with curiosity, creativity, and just the right amount of tech swagger. Whether it’s solving a tricky issue, calming down a frustrated colleague, or spotting a way to improve how we work, you’re always on it. You roll with the punches, adapt to the unexpected, and somehow make it look easy – all while keeping a sense of humor intact. How you make it all possible… Being the first point of contact for IT queries – troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues with flair and confidence. Keeping our team up and running by resolving issues quickly and efficiently – no problem too big, no question too small. Owning the ticketing system, prioritising tasks and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Working with our IT team on projects and upgrades – your ideas and input are valued! Maintaining accurate records because future you (and the rest of the team) will thank you. Creating documentation, guides, and cheat sheets that are as easy to read as they are helpful. What’s in your toolbox… Experience in a similar IT support role (but hey, if you’re a quick learner and super passionate, we’re listening). Great communication skills – you can explain tech to anyone. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows OS, MAC OS, and basic networking. Ability to keep a cool head, juggle tasks, and think on your feet. Understanding that we’re all part of a team – you’re happy to pitch in and celebrate wins with the team. Get to know us… We’re one of the most unexpectedly all-round capable communications agencies that’s been on the go for years – ever since our head honcho set up shop in a shed back in 1980, in fact. Since then, we’ve made it our mission to make anything possible for our many and varied clients, putting our creative flair into delivering strategic communication campaigns, digital solutions, film and videos, events, exhibitions, and a whole lot more in between. We’ve grown a lot, but we’ve kept everything that made us great, back from the very day we first started out. Our global HQ and largest studios are smack bang in the middle of the UK and well worth a visit to see for yourself! Hang on, there’s more… The role will be based primarily in Hartlebury, but there will be times when you’ll need to work from our other places and undertake other related commercial duties both in the UK and overseas. Flexibility is key! We’re a friendly team. We really, really welcome anyone who wants to become part of a brilliant company. If you’re passionate with a cracking drive to deliver on our ‘anything’s possible’ mindset, we’d love to hear from you! DRPG is an equal opportunities employer. We’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace where everyone can be their best, so if you’re excited about this role, we would love to hear from you and look forward to receiving your application.
