Job Purpose To support in the delivery of Legal Indemnity new business, retention and growth targets through effective sales techniques, client relationship management and marketing campaign liaison to support the overall business strategy. Achieve individual objectives, new business and retention targets and key performance indicators as set and agreed Contribute towards delivery of the overall Legal Indemnity new business income and growth targets Effective and proactive development and growth of clients in mid-market/corporate, winning and retaining key clients, being pro-active and maximise all business opportunities Be an advocate and champion of holistic client reviews, maximising alternative product opportunities Develop and maintain strong propositions for Legal Indemnity Business Support the delivery of Legal Indemnity lead generation targets, through effective delivery of the marketing plan working and liaising with relevant stakeholders Work and liaise with the Commercial Development Manager to ensure outbound campaigns are delivered on time and collaboratively to achieve best lead generation results Act as a relationship manager with allocated introducers to deliver lead targets Adhere to all Company, regulatory and compliance guidelines Be professional & proactive when representing the Company at external events, such as conferences and client visits Maintain and develop own technical competence with an in-depth insurance and technical knowledge Support colleagues from all areas of the business as required Knowledge, skills and experience
