My well established Client is urgently recruiting for an experienced Network / Telephony Engineer to join their team and play a critical role in driving the technical delivery of their ongoing telephony transformation project. This role involves managing and supporting their large-scale telephony and network infrastructure within a complex organisational environment. The chosen Candidate will collaborate closely with the Network and Telephony Design Manager, contribute to the creation of voice and data strategies, and ensure the seamless operation of our network and telephony services. Key Responsibilities:

Work with the technical team to deliver their telephony transformation project, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide day-to-day management and support of telephony and network infrastructure services. Collaborate with the Network and Telephony Design Manager to design and implement advanced solutions. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic voice and data initiatives. Support and maintain a large-scale network and telephony infrastructure in a complex organisational environment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to telephony and networking technologies to ensure service continuity. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network and telephony services. Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in managing and supporting telephony and network infrastructure in a mature, large-scale environment. Expertise in telephony technologies such as MS Teams Telephony, VoIP, Unified Communications (UC), switchboards, and contact centres. In-depth knowledge of data networking protocols, including TCP/IP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS, and BGP. Familiarity with networking technologies such as fabric networking. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders. Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, Avaya) are highly desirable.
