A leading food manufacturing business based in the Chester area is looking for a Manufacturing Shift Manager to join their team. As Manufacturing Shift Manager, you will manage all production-related activities during your shift, ensuring efficiency and quality in operations.
About the role:
Manage and lead the production team during assigned shifts. Ensure production targets are met in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor and control production processes to maintain quality standards. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on the production floor. Coordinate with other shift managers for smooth shift transitions. Resolve any production-related issues or disputes that may arise. Participate in training and development activities for the production team. Report on shift performance to the higher management. About the person:
Previous experience working as a Manufacturing Shift Manager in food, FMCG, packaging, or other fast-paced industries. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and develop your team. To apply for the role please send your CV to
