We are looking to appoint an energetic and ambitious Technical Sales Trainee to join our commercial team and help drive the growth of our business.

Salary:

£25k to £30k base + quarterly bonus

Your Role

With full responsibility for your allotted industry verticals, your role will be to grow sales from our existing customers and to nurture profitable new relationships from leads generated from our business development and marketing function as well as through your own activity.

Working closely with our technical specialists, your primary job will be to uncover customer needs, identify and communicate solutions and articulate the value of our services in order to secure business.

Training and Support

Your training and development in the role will be very much "on-the-job" but our friendly and supportive team will provide you with all the help and guidance necessary to fulfil your role.

You will be on a steep learning curve as you get to grips with the science behind our services, our value proposition to the marketplace and the sales and business development processes we operate.

The Ideal Candidate:

You will be educated to a minimum A-Level in a scientific, technical or business discipline

You will be an ambitious and proactive self-starter

You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
