Job Role: Managing Quantity Surveyor Salary: up to £85,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits Location: Norwich What you'll do: Management of Subcontractors – certification of payment and change Management of allocated Control Accounts with site team including cost/value reconciliations and out-turn forecast / spend profiling Keeping costs and records to ensure agreement of Defined Costs with National Highways Site Representatives Utilisation of Site Commercial and Document Systems (Oracle, CEMAR, Projectwise, Forecasting Tools) Providing commercial support to the Procurement process What you'll bring to the role: NEC Contract Knowledge Previous experience of managing subcontractors Knowledge of commercial digital systems
