About the role As (Sr.) Product Engineer (m/f/d) - GaN, you will join our talented and ambitious Gallium Nitride (GaN) R&D team, directly contributing to our ability to successfully produce GaN devices. What you will do Demonstrate proficiency in electrical results analysis (parametric probe, final tests data) Build dashboards to map out yield across the supply chain Perform yield analysis and oversee lots disposition work Support and partially lead failure investigations for low yield with stakeholders Support and drive yield improvement and cost reduction activities What you will need Master’s degree in Experimental Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a similar discipline (PhD preferred) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, depending on educational credentials Experience of power semiconductor devices, ideally wide band gap GaN HEMTs Industrial experience in yield or product engineering highly desirable Strong data analysis skill and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and professional experience in multicultural environment Fluent in English (both spoken and written), German is a plus Your department and colleagues Fuelled by our goal to become one of the top players in the Power Discretes field with a large growth potential driven by the rapidly expanding markets, we are continuously expanding our talented and ambitious GaN team to grow into the next level.
