Position: Electrical Supervisor
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + vehicle/car allowance

As the company continues to expand, they are looking for a Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installations and maintenance projects, ensuring that all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Lead and manage electrical teams, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct site inspections and ensure that all electrical installations meet quality and safety standards.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor project progress, resolve any issues, and report on site performance to senior management.
What We’re Looking For A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Electrical Supervisor role within the building services or facilities management sector.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and standards (NICEIC or similar certification is advantageous).
Proven experience leading teams on-site and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
A proactive and solution-focused mindset, with strong organisational skills.
