My client is a prestigious and expanding multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, searching for an Experienced Graduate / Chartered Architectural Technologist to join their team in Colchester. This role offers the chance to work across a broad spectrum of sectors, including commercial, health, education, and more, with a focus on delivering outstanding results for every project. Your primary responsibilities will include: Developing client briefs Producing feasibility reports Preparing planning and building regulation applications Leading design projects You'll need a degree in Architectural Technology or a related field, MCIAT or progress towards it, and proficiency in Revit and ideally AutoCAD, with experience in leading projects from RIBA stages 3 onward.
