The Opportunity - Electrical Supervisor : Join our client’s team as an Electrical Supervisor, where you will be instrumental in ensuring the technical success of project works. This role offers a chance to contribute to the health, safety, quality, environmental, and commercial management of significant projects in the region.

Key Accountabilities - Electrical Supervisor : Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and their representatives. Implement the organisation's Business Management System for smooth operations. Identify and resolve issues proactively to enhance project delivery. Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout all project phases. Oversee line management responsibilities, including conducting annual appraisals and mentoring junior team members. Ensure compliance with contract specifications and maintain accurate records. Undertake any other relevant duties as required. Competency Requirements - Electrical Supervisor : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Effective problem-solving abilities and time management skills. Attention to detail to uphold the highest standards of work. Technical/Professional Expertise and Qualifications - Electrical Supervisor : Solid technical knowledge and experience with main contractor construction projects. A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant construction discipline is essential. Completion of a Safety Level 1 course and possession of an appropriate CSCS Card. Comprehensive experience as a Site Engineer with a main contractor is crucial. Previous experience as a Graduate or Trainee Site Engineer is highly desirable.
