Role & Responsibilities

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the success of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Your duties will include: Managing project budgets and cost control from inception to completion. Preparing and submitting valuations and final accounts. Procuring and managing subcontractor relationships. Producing detailed cost forecasts and reports for stakeholders. Advising on commercial risks and opportunities to maximize project value.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within residential refurbishment or similar sectors. Strong understanding of cost management, contracts, and procurement processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
