Day Shift Engineer – FM Service Provider

Up to £41,000 An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Swindon has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to be based on a production contract in Swindon. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical, mechanical or AC building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £36,000 + £5,000 Shift Allowance, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression. Hours of Work: 4 on, 4 off Days Only (7 am - 7 pm) Key Duties & Responsibilities: Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc.) Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Cold) Maintain and update Log books Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Package: - Salary of up to £36,000 + £5,000 Shift Allowance (Total: £41,000) - Monday to Friday (08.00 – 17.00) - 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays - Company Vehicle + Fuel Card (Private Use available) - Full company uniform - PDA and Mobile phone - Pension - Life Assurance - Employee Shares Schemes - Reward programme & Employee programme - Employee discounts.
