Responsibilities:
As the lead Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS on this high-profile project, you’ll be responsible for the financial and contractual aspects of the build from inception through to completion. Key tasks include: Overseeing cost management, budgeting, and cash flow to ensure financial targets are met. Managing and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance and quality standards. Leading monthly progress reviews and project reporting, working closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders. Identifying, managing, and mitigating risk to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
