Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage mechanical design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
Provide expert technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Prepare detailed designs and technical specifications using AutoCAD and other relevant tools.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders to achieve seamless project execution.
Qualifications and Skills :
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (essential).
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to excel in client-facing roles.
Strong personal time management skills and a highly organised approach to work.
Proficiency in IT, including experience with AutoCAD and other design tools.
A valid UK driving licence (essential).
Enhanced DBS Check (to be carried out upon appointment).
