About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of product development, where you’ll play a key role in designing, refining, and optimising bespoke solutions. Your work will drive quality, performance, and customisation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across design and production processes. You’ll be responsible for producing precise CAD models and drawings, maintaining high-quality data, and collaborating closely with sales and design teams to bring creative solutions to life. What You’ll Be Doing: Design and Development:

Create detailed CAD models, drawings, and specifications, ensuring they meet rigorous industry standards. Improvement Processes:

Identify and implement enhancements to design and production workflows, including CNC programming. Quality Control:

Conduct testing to ensure products meet durability, functionality, and safety requirements. Technical Support:

Provide expert advice and guidance for bespoke customer requests and technical training. Data Management:

Maintain accurate and compliant technical documentation. What You’ll Need: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office. A keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings with precision. Advanced IT skills and a proactive approach to personal development. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. What’s Desirable: A degree in mechanical, industrial, or a related engineering field.
